Honey Frisella – Frisa di Calabria

A sweet embrace between tradition and nature. Honey Frisella is born in the ovens of Frisa di Calabria, where the art of twice baked bread has been kept alive for generations. Made with soft wheat flour type "0", enriched with chestnut honey and pollen, this frisella brings together the classic crunch of double baking with a delicately aromatic taste, with sweet, slightly bitter notes that only chestnut honey can give.

Perfect for a healthy, nourishing breakfast, as an energizing snack, or as an original base for creative recipes: paired with yogurt, spreadable creams, fresh fruit or aged cheeses, it becomes something truly special. Every bite tells the story of genuine Calabria, where the ingredients speak of territory and tradition. So good that nothing else is needed.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour type "0", chestnut honey, pollen, sourdough and brewer's yeast, water, salt.
