Braalla began in Altomonte with a simple idea: to bring Calabria's artisan products to the table, the ones still made the way they used to be.
Not the best in the world. The ones we know in person, the ones we've tasted, the ones that come from hands we know.
Terracotta shaped by hand. Olive oil from hand-picked olives. 'Nduja from Spilinga, made to the original recipe. Honey from Apicoltura Pacienza, beekeepers for three generations. Our producers come from all over Calabria. The only thing they have in common is the way they work.

Braalla began in Altomonte, but our producers come from all over Calabria. Spilinga for 'nduja, the coast for orange blossom honey, the mountains for chestnut, the valleys for acacia. It's a large and varied region, and every corner has something you won't find anywhere else.
Our selection doesn't come from a catalog. It comes from years spent tasting, visiting and choosing in person. If a product is on Braalla, it's because we wanted it there after trying it ourselves.
