Braalla's yellow tomato sauce is born in Cicala, from a variety that only someone who truly knows Calabrian land knows how to grow. Giacomo tends it following old knowledge, the same his family has kept for generations. Yellow tomato has less acidity than red, a more delicate flavor, a sweetness that surprises. On the table it brings a color that raises questions right away, and the answers are all good ones.


How to use it

Perfect with fresh pasta, with gnocchi, with seafood. It also works well cold as a summer dressing. On a bruschetta with fresh ricotta it's something unexpected, in the best way.


Storage

Keep in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 3 to 4 days.
