Terracotta Christmas baubles aren't the kind you throw away after the holidays. They're the kind you keep.

Each bauble is handmade by Maurizio in Altomonte, with worked clay and decoration painted before firing. The reindeer, the snowman, the angel, Father Christmas, the butcher's broom: figures that have always belonged to Christmas, reinterpreted in Calabrian terracotta. The result is never the same from one year to the next. Same hands, same technique, but every piece is different.

Terracotta has a different weight from glass. You feel it when you pick it up, and you hang it on the tree more carefully. And when the tree comes down, it doesn't go in just any box: it goes somewhere you'll remember.

Use it at Christmas, give it as a gift, or keep it as a decoration all year round.

A handmade Christmas. The kind you remember.
