As always, it comes from the olive groves of Altomonte and the surrounding villages, in the heart of Calabria, where the olive tree is part of the landscape and of daily life. The olives are harvested in November, at the ideal point of ripeness, for a balanced oil full of personality.
 
 
 
Its base is the Tondina cultivar (90%), a variety typical of the area that gives a soft, balanced taste, together with 10% other local cultivars that round out its aromatic profile and strengthen its bond with the land.
 
 
 
The olives come from groves farmed with traditional methods, respecting nature and the seasons. A simple choice, true to our philosophy: let the land speak, without forcing it, without invasive treatments, without losing the product's identity.
