Traditional Calabrian Set: 'Nduja from Spilinga and 'Nduja Warmer
Some things are made to go together. 'Nduja (a spicy spreadable Calabrian salami) from Spilinga and the little terracotta pig are one of them.

How to use it
Fill the hollow of the little pig with 'nduja, put a tealight candle underneath and wait a few minutes. The 'nduja warms up, softens and turns creamy. Then spread it on crostini or bread, use it as a base for a soffritto, or add it to a pizza fresh from the oven. It does the rest by itself.
