This story comes to life in a recipe inspired by the ancient elixirs of medieval monks, skilfully combining 22 botanicals selected from the rich Mediterranean scrubland. Blood orange, lemon, bergamot, citron, lime, mandarin, aromatic herbs and liquorice come together in an amaro (Italian herbal bitter liqueur) that carries the aroma of tradition and the taste of innovation.
