Starts at the end of August, hand-picked grapes in small crates. Inizia a fine agosto, uve raccolte a mano in piccole cassette. Ende August beginnen handverlesene Trauben in kleinen Kisten.

In stainless steel and then 3 months in the bottle. In acciaio inox e successivamente 3 mesi in bottiglia. In Edelstahl und dann 3 Monate in der Flasche.

Straw yellow color, hints of peach and green apple on the nose. Colore giallo paglierino, al naso sentori di pesca e mela verde. Strohgelbe Farbe, ein Hauch von Pfirsich und grünem Apfel in der Nase.
